Located in Pittsburgh, PA, I am an airbrush makeup artist and Pennsylvania-licensed esthetician ready to help you create the perfect look for your special day. Creating the perfect look for each of my clients is very important to me, and we’ll work closely together to develop your makeup and skin care plan for your event. We can explore many options–from airbrush makeup or traditional makeup to waxing, facials, tattoo cover-up, and more. On the day of your event, we’ll enjoy the calmest, most relaxing part of the day together–making you beautiful.

I believe that it is as important to listen as it is to lead. Your makeup should be worn with confidence, so we’ll discuss all of your makeup ideas and desires during our consultation. With my experience and training in makeup, airbrushing, and skin care, we will develop a healthy skin plan to make sure your makeup and skin are flawless for your event. We’ll also talk about your personal makeup regimen, so even after we’re done, you can continue to take care of your skin with the most delicate of products, plans, and opportunities that we’ll design based on your specific skin type and favorite looks. We’ll work together to make sure that you look amazing for your big day.

About Shelby Dines

As long as I can remember, I have been passionate about makeup and beauty. Much like a movie director notices the cuts during a scene, I have always noticed where and how makeup and skin care can be improved. I’ve been drawn to human beauty for all my life, so it makes me very proud to say that I am working my dream job. In addition to my personal passion and growth, I’ve studied at the Baltimore School of Massage, the South Hills Beauty Academy, and the Temptu Professional Studios in New York City. I’m a Pennsylvania-licensed esthetician.

This training and background has empowered my already strong skills in airbrushing, traditional makeup, facials, waxing, and so much more. Now, I get to share that passion with you. It brings me such happiness to be a part of your big day–from your first fashion shoot or prom to your wedding day or anniversary celebration, it’s an honor and a privilege for me to help you become more beautiful than you have ever been before. I take great delight in my work and look forward to sharing that delight with you. I thank you for considering me for the special events in your life.

Your Wedding Makeup Experience

Prior to your wedding day, event, or photo shoot, we can meet and work together on developing your perfect look. We can try different makeup looks, discuss your skin care regimen, and practice different skin care techniques that will help your skin look even more beautiful prior to your big day (and for years afterward). We can explore additional options such as bridal party facials or waxing, or if you’d just like to treat yourself when no one is looking, I can leave you with a private facial and facial massage that will help take the tension out of all you have to do.

I use the highest quality and some of the most sought out brands of makeup on my clients. I believe that great cooking starts with the best ingredients. The art of makeup is no different. Whether you’re looking for waterproof airbrush makeup to last you into the late hours of the night or the most elegant in current cosmetics, the brands I use are the same that you’ll find gracing the cover of Vogue and W each month.
